At Kaarmica, we aim to provide high-quality synthetic thatch roofing products and transparent service. Please read our Return & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Order Confirmation
- Orders may be cancelled without penalty before written order confirmation or production commencement.
After Order Confirmation
- Once an order is confirmed and production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
- In such cases, any costs already incurred (materials, manufacturing, logistics) will be deducted from the refund, if applicable.
- Custom & Made-to-Order Products
- Custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-order synthetic thatch products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
2. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of synthetic thatch roofing products:
- Returns are not accepted for installed, used, or custom-made products.
- Standard products may be eligible for return only if:
- The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- A return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Prior written approval is received from Kaarmica
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
- Do not install or alter the product before approval
Once verified, we will arrange for replacement or resolution as applicable.
4. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed only after returned products are received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
- Shipping, handling, and logistics charges are non-refundable.
- Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days after approval.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Installed or partially installed materials
- Products damaged due to improper handling or installation
- Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)
6. Installation & Site Conditions
Kaarmica is not responsible for issues arising from:
- Improper installation
- Site preparation errors
- Structural issues
- Unauthorized modifications
Such cases are not eligible for return or refund.
7. Force Majeure
Orders delayed or affected due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, transport disruptions, government restrictions, etc.) are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
8. Policy Updates
Kaarmica reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on the website shall be considered final.
